Other Requirements
• Passionate and willing to Work, lead for a startup from the beginning
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese or English and Malay
• Able to communicate with vendors effectively and implement marketing plans and strategies
• Develop effective growth strategies that apply both to financial success and customer success.
• Develop relationships with industry professionals, vendors and other personnel.
• Research the market to identify , new markets, and customer needs.
• Negotiate with vendors to solidify the terms of each contract. Ensure each contract adhere to regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain the integrity of confidential information.
• Previous work experience with engaging Aircon Service, Cleaning, Beauty & Wellness, laundry etc service providers will be added advantage
