Bonan Court, the upcoming One Bernam, has a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of around 301,403 sq ft and can produce up to 325 residential units on the first floor with commercial spaces.

Given its proximity to 2 MRT stations, One Bernam site has an excellent location. Tanjong Pagar MRT station is about 500 m away and nearby is the future Prince Edward MRT station. Furthermore, within the CBD, the land is set to be a vibrant urban mixed-use neighborhood with easy access to many amenities.
