1D-LSD is a Prodrug of a Lysergamide derivative with Ergolin-backbone and LSD, while 1V-LSD and 1D are LSD analog. Since it is a Prodrug to LSD, it shares it’s likely many of the psychedelic properties of LSD-25, as well as other LSD-Prodrugs, such as 1cP-LSD and 1P-LSD, and probably has a similar mechanism of action. A Prodrug is Essentially an inactive substance, which is active in the metabolism of chemical reactions if ingested.
Why the faster the beginning?
It is speculated that the rapid onset could be explained by the heavily-loaded 1,2-dimethyl CYCLOBUTANE-group, which allows for a faster metabolism and a faster hydrolysis to LSD in vivo.
Legality
1D-LSD is currently in Germany, France, Japan, and almost all countries of the world legal, in which there is no blanket prohibition of psychoactive Compounds.
