Established in November 2020, Dom Panino (‘DP’) is Sydney’s first Paninoteca [Italian sandwich shop] specialising in old school Italian classic panini, unique specials, homestyle pastas, salads and boutique coffee.
Dom Panino began as a popular food truck in Breakfast Point, however it soon outgrew this concept, and it was time for a bricks-and-mortar location. In February 2023, Dom Panino opened its first store front in Marion Street, Leichhardt – a suburb that is sentimental to Domenico, as his family emigrated to Leichhardt from Sicily.
