Play a key role in verifying applicants\u2019 credentials and contributing to our mission of quality, transparent recruitment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Volunteer Role: Reference Team Member<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Send out reference requests for applicants, ensuring we receive feedback from at least three referees for each candidate.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Conduct background checks to verify the accuracy of applicants’ credentials and information on their CVs.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Analyze feedback from referees to ensure applicants meet IHF\u2019s standards of quality and integrity.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Document and report findings to aid in the selection process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Excellent communication abilities to interact professionally with references.<\/span><\/p>\n

– A commitment to IHF\u2019s mission and values.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Ability to dedicate a few hours per week to this volunteer role.<\/span><\/p>\n
