How it works
1. You send your file (Excel, CSV or a Google Sheets download, about 500 rows or fewer) and a short note on what each column means.
2. We unify formats, remove blank and duplicate rows, turn amounts into formulas, add status dropdowns and flag missing data for you to fill.
3. You receive the cleaned file plus a cleanup log listing every change.

– Basic, US$31: 1 sheet cleaned as above. Delivered within 2 days.
– Standard, US$41: Basic plus a formula-driven summary sheet (order count, totals, amounts by product, channel or month) and 3 charts. Delivered within 3 days.
– Premium, US$54: up to 3 differently formatted sheets merged into 1 master sheet with a source column, formula-based summaries (product x month, channel x payment method), KPIs, 3 charts and instructions. Delivered within 5 days.
Free revisions within 7 days of delivery: Basic 1, Standard 2, Premium 3.
Not included
Macros, code, database or system integration; bulk typing from paper records; more than about 500 rows per package; restoring data that is missing or wrong in the original. Please make sure you are entitled to share any personal data in your file.
